AG Swifty: Subtle minimal leads Romanian young promise and Take Notes affiliate
Class ’96, Alex was born in a small village where the Danube meets the Black Sea, soaking up all the mesmerizing scenarios of his hometown into his music that led it to become one of the most acclaimed acts in the new wave of Romanian DJs. From an early age, he was captured by everything about music, starting from rock, progressive, and metal bands. Later, he moved towards the more dancefloor sounds of electronic, house, minimal, and techno.
Artists like Eric Prydz, Arman Van Helden, Johnny D, Luciano, and Joris Voorn, were a major influence on his inexorable path, pushing him to explore all the electronic music boundaries.
AG Swifty started playing when he was fifteen, gradually making himself known for his precise technique behind the decks and great charisma while developing experience with different residencies in many clubs around Romania.
A core member of the Take Notes crew, he made his label debut in 2022 with the epic “Catwalk” EP – paired with a classy remix by Dennis Cruz himself – which got played and hammered by the biggest names in the scene, including Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, and Joseph Capriati to name a few.
His relentless work in the studio doesn’t come alone, as AG can boast some excellent performances as DJ, which include shows at Romania’s renowned Sunwaves, Take Notes showcase at Pacha Barcelona, and warm-up duties at Bucharest’s iconic Kristal right before Joseph Capriati.
AG Swifty’s future is as bright as you can get: his desire to grow within the Take Notes team – or family as he likes to call it – and his unrelenting ascent to the most acclaimed electronic music DJ booths are something to be aware of.

Brad Brunner: Dark, groovy and bass-driven Romanian talent and Take Notes A&R
The Bucharest-bred and-born artist and Take Notes affiliate has gained a spot in the new-wave generation of Romanian skilled DJs and producers, affirming itself as a prominent figure when comes to glitchy, hefty minimal rhymes.Born in 1997, Brad’s early days were spent at high speed, go-karting around Europe.
All his energies later moved to the music realm, and at 19 years of age, he was already focused only on developing his unique trademark sound. He hasn’t stopped ever since. Influenced by the likes of Loco Dice, Nic Fanciulli, and Michael Bibi, it must been a crucial moment for Brad’s career when he ended up playing an unexpected b2b with Loco Dice himself at Sunwaves, where he also shared the decks with the Take Notes crew for a legendary 9 hours set.
His bond with the team is more than a strenght: he feels blessed to work with people he considers more than a family.With his music constantly on rotation at the best clubs in the world, Brad’s productions have been played by Jamie Jones, Joseph Capriati, wAFF, Yaya, Wade, and Jamie Jones and have found home on labels like Take Notes, Tamango Records, and Deeperfect. All of that has made Brad fly overseas, touring in North and South America while becoming one of the most requested names in his country with appearances at Sunwaves, Kristal Club and Saga Festival.
