A Swedish platform called Pharmacy is selling “digital drugs” for AI, and the idea could not fit club culture more perfectly. Instead of chemicals, it offers code files that you upload into a chatbot to change the way it thinks, talks and reacts, like dosing your AI before a night out.
Each code is modelled on a different substance and pushes the bot into a specific vibe. Weed style modules slow it down and make it more chill and associative, so replies wander between ideas and get deep over simple topics. Ketamine inspired files break the usual straight line logic and make conversations feel floaty and fragmented, with the AI jumping between angles as if it is half inside and half outside the chat.
Cocaine themed packs do the opposite, turning the bot into a fast talking maniac. Answers come out quicker, more intense and more confident, like that wired booth conversation at 6 a.m. when nobody is ready to go home. Ayahuasca and psychedelic codes push the AI into spiritual, trippy territory, full of symbols, visions and big thoughts about life and consciousness, as if your assistant suddenly turned into a rave shaman. Alcohol based presets loosen its tone and filters so it sounds more emotional, unpolished and a little messy, like a drunk friend oversharing at the bar.
Behind the scenes, the AI is not actually high. Creator Petter Rudwall scraped human trip reports and psychology studies and turned them into instruction sets that bend how the model structures its answers without hacking the core system. The code simply tells the chatbot to imitate certain patterns of speech and thinking, which makes the whole experience feel like a digital trip instead of a normal Q&A.
For electronic music, this is the same energy that turned drum machines and the TB 303 into acid weapons by using them “wrong” on purpose. Ravers used hardware to chase new states of mind, and now people are doing the same with chatbots, tweaking their “consciousness” with code to see how weird and creative they can get.
