Norwegian DJ and producer FREDERIC has officially released his debut single Reason, now available on all major streaming platforms. The release marks the first step of his artist project after years of international DJ activity between Oslo and New York.
Created in close collaboration with Maarten Vorwerk, the track sits firmly in the melodic house and melodic techno space, combining emotional depth with powerful, cinematic drops built for the dancefloor.
Vocals on Reason are performed by Belgian singer songwriter LAUD, adding a strong and accessible topline that balances melodic sensitivity with club ready energy.
Drawing inspiration from artists such as Anyma, Cassian, Kevin de Vries, Fisher and John Summit, FREDERIC blends modern melodic sounds with a clear focus on atmosphere and impact. Coming from a deeply musical family and with extensive performances across the US, this debut release reflects both his background and his direction as an artist.
